The 8.5 billion dollar City Center opens today with the Vdara Hotel being the first piece of the 70 acre property to open it’s doors. Thursday the retail promenade Crystals will open with Eva Longoria Parker hosting a party at her new restaurantBeso and Eve nightclub there. Then on Friday the Mandarin Oriental will open.
